The project encompasses total closed area of c. 39,000 sqm which includes 121 for-sale units, 24/7 reception and concierge service, fitness and spa areas as well as car parking facilities.
BLG acquired the project from a local developer through an off-market transaction in July 2014. BLG acquired the property for $100mn and subsequently refinanced and expanded the existing commercial debt facility to $100mn with better terms and conditions in February 2016.
Formal sales activities began in May 2016, when the Sales & Marketing department finalized the sales materials. The VK108 project was also showcased in the Cityscape Istanbul Exhibition held in late March 2016. The retail space planned for the project’s entrance is currently serving as the project’s sales office, where completed mockup units are available for viewings.
