The Peninsula Istanbul is one of the most luxurious hotel development project consisting of three historic Bosphorus-front buildings and a newly-built ballroom. The facades of the historic buildings need to be preserved and the interiors are currently being redone; the ballroom building is under construction. The interior designs are being done by Zeynep Fadillioglu. The project is part of the larger Galataport development, where BLG has a 19% stake and expected to achieve over 2,000€ ADR.
